Interesting introspective on this. It seems like one would have a good deal of success, or is likely to if they set everything up properly and spend a good deal of time learning how it works and finding the fun quirks. Again, this is interesting. Thanks for posting.

Ninja Trader only running on Windows seems crazy. The internet runs on Linux, so it seems like you would want to run on an OS that allows you the most control over your system. Imagine having things running and Windows updates start killing your internet throughput. And then the next day deciding to reboot a few minutes before the days open... Should at least have macOS install.

That bot is messed up. Your profits were smaller than your losers (risk management issue), 50% win rate most humans will beat that with experience.

Sadly I think it is a scam ! I get bombarded with sells and offers on my instagram account. We only have to ask ourself if it is true how come only a few do it!

As a an algorithmic Coder+ Programmer (who codes trading algos) speaking, Lauren evidently doesn't have proper risk-management knowledge and skills. You shouldn't be suffering losses of -$300 dollars on a small account, nor should her system risk more than 3% of any of her user's accounts. The varied loss amounts of -$44.00 upwards to -$300 just proves her system lacks a risk percentage system within the system. Moreover, to charge a client $1,000 a month unveils the true reason of her creating the algo in the first place. Her target client base are middle-class to upper-class individuals who could afford, thus she completely excludes the lower class from the algo altogether. This is more of a vulture preying on the ignorance of people with money to fuel her lifestyle apparently. If you're reading this, I'm currently finishing up a trading algo that'll be accessible to every class for just $10 per month if you're interested. Just type "Update" and I'll remember to return to this comment when the algo is completed and ready for public use.

This video is one of the biggest scams I've ever seen in my life.

So she gives you a bunch of automated strategies, but you have to choose which one to apply that day? Are there any further configs, or does everyone who runs it get the same results? And how does Lauren choose which strategy she will use each day?

Is there a reverse option? If you went reverse on all those trades, it would have been profitable.

Hi Daniel. I think you were margin called because you were short 2 and had not stopped out before it tried to put a third on. The second /4 th long contract however should have been ok. It could be the market went too fast and the margin methods hadn’t completed their tasks resulting in you failing to meet the requirements. You should definitely take it up with ninja trader support to confirm this. I find them quite helpful and NinjaTrader is full of tiny little things like this. I still like them though but I find doubling the margin myself solves all the issues. Ps I trade the opening 1 minute so I have learnt this the hard way !

Not surprising. For marketing, they cherry picked successful examples ( survivor bias ). Brokers ( and algo sellers ) get rich, people get broker.

Meh, bullshit. The big players also use bots and algorithms, and they make more win than loses. I call such sites scam. The only winner here, is Ninja Trading and Lauren, and ever will be.
For me, clearly scam.

@DanielInskeep. Awesome video. I’m actually looking to buy the Ninjacaters “Blackbeard Pro Day Trading Algo Bots” system and was looking for real life tests. It seems like a user has to decide which strategy to deploy. And that may change from day to day. That seems challenging. Why can’t the bots figure that out? Thanks. Phillip.

So ..... If the game of the day trading is to follow the rules, an AI algorithm will do the trick better than a person. Why is this not working?

I use E-Trade. Is there a plugin for trading accounts like E-Trade? Or a trade bot that alerts me for action and I log into my account and make the recommended trades?

If you didn’t code your bot yourself do not use it!

I lost over $200k using this software based on their recommendations. The bots simply don’t work. I paid for the Fed, Dalio, and Yellen bots, but lost money on all of them. I know others who have also lost money. Save your money and thank me later.

So imagine investing that 1400€ a month in the market you would investing 16.800€ a year that could build you a great amount of wealth truly passively.

$1000 dollars only gets you certain bots, the actual bots they advertise are an extra $500, so total of $1500 a month. This is something they don’t tell you in those promo videos.

Ninja brokerage screwed you over

On the surface this may appear to be an honest experiment into algo trading. However, as a highly experienced (and successful!) trader, I knew it was doomed from the outset. There are a number of reasons. Having written original trading algorithms for decades, I would never trust any supposed "guru's" black box algorithm because I know how exceedingly difficult it is to create one that actually works. The results shown here are even much worse than I might have expected. The 55% winning trades experienced may sound reasonably good, but it is not, because this number is totally meaningless since in dollar terms the losing trades are twice the size of the wins!! This is a VERY poor result, and is totally hopeless. In fact, I would rather have wins that are larger than the losses even if the percent of profitable trades is under 50%.

Clearly the female passing herself off as a "trading guru" is a complete fraud, and she knows very well just how bad she is ripping off her customers. Entrusting her black box algorithm is no better than just flushing away the thousands of dollars. She is a very dishonest person, so willing to charge large sums when she knows perfectly well that they will all fail.
