Well of course the Anderson’s roll away from a jump… corporate funded trucks are gunna hold. Home grown built trucks piloted by people who have a job daily is going to produce incredibly different results. His chassis and axles are top notch, not a fuckin doubt bout that, but, the results speak for themselves. So kudos for him to have that dream of havin the most absolute fun for the hell of it. It should be a world record attempt because he didn't land anything except broken and rolled into a pile of doesn't go anywhere without a forklift. If this sort of stuff counts and I'll just put a super charger and nitrous oxide on a Chevy pick up truck and launch it by remote control. Just because the vehicle landed on the ground that far and the driver didn't die that shouldn't make it count.🙄👎

Listening to him talking about his seat, he should go see the people who build Clay Millican's seat in the parts plus top fuel dragster.
Because he's little tiny dude, and by the time they finish with his seat he literally pulls himself down into it with his safety harness, and then another crew member cinches him even tighter like he's talking about having his buddy do.
Clay's is molded literally to his form sitting inside the cage of his dragster, and then Kevlar and carbon fiber seat is molded to the mold made of him, and then they add some sort of padding to the inside of the seat where he tells them he wants it extra tight against his body.
He showed the process that he has to go through when a new car is built, are he feels he should have a new one built..
I believe it's at the time he has to replace the harness that is also custom built to his body seated inside the seat inside the cage.
But if it saves his life at 330 plus mph, then those men need the same thing tuned to their bodies and same with the containment cages and the harness it really should be mandatory honestly if they are going 100 plus then flying 300 ft off a 30 ft high ramp.
The days of Evil Knevel are long past, and if the technology is available for one automotive sport then make it available to every forum of there is here that technically requires such things inorder to protect themselves to the best that technology has to provide.

I dont get how they classify it as a world record when the thing folded up and crashed upon landing.. if someone jumped 5ft further then the previous record and drove out of it thats more successful imo

When olympic long distance jumpers land they don't land on their feet only. They land on their feet, their thighs, their back, their arms, and knees. They don't land cleanly on their feet and walk off.
