I wish I could sleep like when I was a teenager, flick the switch and I'm out, now I think the switch is broken..
ОтветитьNow that I'm older, I sleep about 6 hours in a night and can't fall back asleep. Oddly enough, later in the day when I take a nap, I sleep for 1 or 2 hours.
ОтветитьI practice Reiki,is good for improving sleep.
ОтветитьGood information
ОтветитьSo is it harmful to be a night owl? I find it very difficult to get up before 11 am and I stay up very late but I get plenty of sleep. Is it more important to have enough sleep than to sleep within certain hours?
ОтветитьIf you have trouble getting to sleep or wake up a lot during the night, try buying a “weighted blanket.” They really work. It’s based on the swaddling effect that all human beings respond to. I have used one for several years and they really work. I sleep more deeply and completely when under the weighted blanket.

Why?
Eat food you must CHEW. And CHEW it. Then you don't need to eat silicone, and SELL such silly things just to make a passive income during a crisis when you could educate the masses the amazing inner health and outer appearance from something natural they have just gotten way out of ballance with.
ОтветитьI dream all night I hate it lol
ОтветитьI have issues with sleep on and off. I go days with very little sleep then switch to sleeping fine. It seems to be due alot of times with anxiety or worry. I take amitriptyline for anxiety at night. I have tried taking melatonin but it makes me feel weird. Any other suggestions???
ОтветитьCan I be both early bird and night owl as long I sleep for complete hour 4-3 times a week? For example Monday-thursday I am a night owl then Friday-Sunday I am an early bird? is it weird?
ОтветитьI'm a 54-year old night hawk. That's why I have an overnight job!
ОтветитьThis video didn't really answer the question in the title directly, but I think we can make some guesses. It's important to address that part of the issue is not inherently about the actual dangers of "late" vs "early" people living in a vacuum, but rather how sociocultural, institutional and economic factors significantly favor one subtype over the other. How we structure and schedule the norms and expectations of processes, rhythms and structures of everyday life clearly favors some groups and has immense repercussions for people who do not belong it. Though accommodations for neurodiversity and a spectrum of disabilities have been nudged towards the mainstream, doing similar things for huge swathes of people who have a night-oriented biorhythm sadly still remains a non-topic.
