I remember this fight got me bitter, hated the fact that they took Triple G win away; I was like what a fucking draw no way and on top of that the fucking comentators trying to start beef talking about how Alvarez moved too much and Triple G said he didn't like it when in actuality he said that he wants a true fight and that he loved all of the Mexicans and his supporters like really why do that.However the second fight was epic. Great fight, I could watch that over 1000* and I would never get tired of it. These two are gladiators love them greatly.

THIS fight belongs to triple G and it's not a question unless you listen to the commentary team.

My own analysis

Canelo - more power punches combination, more counter punches, head movement and footwork

GGG - more aggressive, nice chin, stamina, more heart, nice body and fast recovery


Both fighters shows toe to toe and greatness. But For me this is close fight in favor for GGG because GGG boxing style was dominates most of the rounds for being aggressives and heart.

if GGG won the first, then Canelo 2nd, we would have one of the best trilogies. Sad that boxing really is corrupted, they ruined a great chance for the sport smh.

GGG clearly won this fight, despite being the beginning of the end of GGG’s prime. The second was arguable (I’d say a draw but it’s close). That sad thing is, GGG’s career never truely survived this robbery because he was so avoided. His legacy remains as the great fighter he was but he deserved to have the last stretch of his career that he deserved.
