Margaret Thatcher would not fit in very well in the American Republican Party because of the Christian Right. 

To own property, Mrs Thatcher allowed people to buy their council properties for a song, this lifted people out of poverty my parents included, people were able to sell these houses on and move into private houses living standards went up under her. I was able to have an inheritance because of this lady, she was the greatest Prime Minister only now people can see this.

our house had no food and no heating and we had no clothes except for school uniforms. My dad had a job but couldn't go to work because people kept causing mayhem with strikes. Then when Margaret was in everything changed. My Dad went self employed, great food started landing on the table. We even had chocolate biscuits. Such a shame since liberty rises the greatest number of "pheasants" out of poverty and reliance and control of the overbearing state. 2020 now and the pheasants are igniting in rebellion for the state to fix their ills after years of the erosion of their liberties.
