I just subscribed! Been a tough yr. I’m going to be a 59 yr old wife, mother and grandma next month. I’ve always been in pretty good shape but after a series of joint replacements, I’ve lost much of my strength and the last replacements
was a hip that soon dislocated twice causing me to fall on concrete fracturing my back among other things. I’m SO out of shape from NO real movement other than walking g from room to room in my home, I need a lot of help here starting from scratch! I’m watching you!!!! Thank you and you’re just a beautiful woman! Good for you! I want ‘me’ back!👍🥹

ОтветитьThis will be a great exercise for days that I am crafting all day…🫶 to pause and take little breaks and get some type of exercise in. I’m in my early 60’s and experience daily pain, but I will probably do it standing tho.
