ОтветитьI did go to Jamie's Italian once food was really poor I remember tasting the macaroni cheese they made my daughter and thinking this tastes like sogy cardboard blended with dirty dish water. Couple that with his contribution pushing the movement so we now have artificial sweeteners in everything and failing to pay his suppliers it's pretty hard to have any respect for him. Sell out with no integrity just like his sogy pasta

ОтветитьI hope your restaurants continue to be successful because you seem like you put so much effort into what you do, but I think you should definitely consider serving kosher/halal meat and poultry at some locations too, if you don’t already. You would probably get more customers that way.

ОтветитьPeople in the comments are arguing about oil. Meanwhile, they eat a packet of potato chips which is 20% or more oil. This is olive oil its good for you and its a huge part of Medetreatina cooking. In Italy, they actually drink shots of olive oil.
