Borgata is great but without the poker room it’s just same level as Oceans and HardRock.

I live in AC. Nobody local goes to Borgata. It is nowhere near the Boardwalk or the beach or any stores or sights, it's in the middle of nowhere. They give comp rooms to junkets, but otherwise I don't understand why anyone would choose to go there, it offers no match plays since MGM took over, buffet is $50, employee moral is low since MGM took away paid health care.

Good to see a review of Atlantic city. I play at Ocean, Borgata and Hard Rock. I used to play in Vegas but have pushed out of there because of the costs. I get that people compare Atlantic city to vegas. If i was rich i would go to vegas but i am not so i can drive to Atlantic city. It is much cheaper to get gambling in at Atlantic city where i can find $10 min black jack tables during the week and $15 min on the weekends. The costs in Vegas are out of control and at least Atlantic city has 3 to 2 blackjack and many places in vegas have 6 to 5 blackjack which is way worse.

I stayed at the Borgata in Atlantic City because of this video. I tried calling the hotel before booking, they would not answer. The hotel is as far as you can get from the beaches and boardwalk. I never had any interaction with any staff, checked in with phone. The casino was underwhelming. Tried to research pool but no one would answer phone. I had dinner at the casino, almost as good as Applebee's. To be fair I just came from show on boardwalk and it was the only nice restaurant I could find there. Maybe the have better?

And it was even nicer when it opened. It smelled amazing and the rooms were more posh.

Meanwhile, in another video you said ocean was the top resort in Atlantic City. This guy is a hack and a fraud.

We love the Borgata, our go to for many years.

Borgata has been my go to since they opened. Its funny your first negative, location, is my first positive. Im in the tunnel, Im there no traffic lights no riff raff homeless people off Pacific ave begging

Since MGM took over borgata it has gone downhill, the restaurant’s used to be amazing but they have since replaced most of them with the exception of old homestead with their own and the quality is lackluster. You did however make a couple mistakes, #1 you did not stay at MGM tower, rooms are much better quality and more recently updated (the pool is also much nicer and is 21+). #2 you didn’t get the Gotham Rib steak at old homestead (even if you’re not a prime rib fan you will love this steak). Being away from the boardwalk is actually a + It’s becoming very sketchy there now and most things are closing (such as the pier mall which only has a few shops still open).

Location is a negative? Tell me you have never been to the boardwalk without saying you have never been to the boardwalk! It's a dump. Borgata being in the marina insulates you from the boardwalk bums.

Borgata is still my favorite AC weekend spot. Hands down..nothing comes close in AC. Very upscale.

There are rooms that most people dont even know exist in Borgata. Totally renovated, not accessible unless you are high gold or platinum + member.

Rooms are way too expensive just save your money for cheaper hotel and walk to Borgata 😂 you can play $500 on the casino plus buffets plus more
