I get why you won’t list random raid drop mounts. I’ve been a mount grinder for a long time, and I’ve slowly but surely gotten the vast majority of the raid drop mounts I’ve hunted... but the damn Clutch of Ji-Kun mount from ToT has eluded me for years... I’ve literally had five or six of the Horridon mount drops while farming the Ji-Kun mount, and as far as I know, they’ve got the same drop rate. It’s literally all down to RNG, unfortunately 😕

Incidentally, farming that raid never fails to remind me of how bad our Monk tank at the time was... his inability to keep shuffle/stagger up (not sure which was which, I wasn’t a monk) 😂 caused us to constantly wipe on Horridon, and since he was the raid lead he’d blame the healers. But when I could withstand triple puncture as a fury warrior popping into defensive stance better than he could as a brewmaster when we both were being healed... well, you’re doing something wrong as tank 😂

You should have mentioned how difficult obtaining the WinterSaber mount used to be. Players got 50 rep for each quest of getting five meat from chimaeras. This was the only quest available from 3000 to 1500 neural and the meat had a lower than 50 percent drop rate. Also, when you finally got five meat, the quest had to be turned in before anymore would drop.

A second quest of killing 10 mobs a little further away opens at 1500 neutral. Also 50 rep.

At honored, a third quest became available. This was much further away and involved in killing four types of elite mobs and four types of another elite mob. 50 rep.

This quest line was difficult because it was a time sink. The meat drop rate was really low, and the number of mobs was also low and had longer spawn times. The quests for killing “mob x” also involved waiting for re-spawns and killing mobs which were unrelated to the quests.
And seeing how this was in Azeroth, flying was not allowed.
Twenty days? Try twenty weeks! :)

For #10 there’s actually one more you can get with marks or honor in AV a frostwolf howler (horde) stormpike battle charger (alliance) like the others you only have to get one & you’ll get it’s counterpart on the other faction & I’m pretty sure it’s the same amount as the other pvp mounts the vendors are the respective quarter masters in each sides base

The only mounts here that I would call easy are the Lorewalkers mount, and the Riddlers' Mindwyrm from the secret finding mounts (however, the other secret finding mounts, like the Lucid Nightmare and the Hivemind, are an absolute pain to get even following a guide).

The other mounts here either require paying an absurd amount of gold, wasting a lot of time grinding, or doing things like navigating a horrible RNG-generated maze. Not exactly "easy".

I didn't even realize I had the netherwing drakes unlocked, only realizing after my friend told me after I was on my onxy one. I didn't even know u could buy the rest, just had to swap back to my dad's alliance character that did all the rep unlocking from bc

Bringing up the Winterspring Frostsaber always makes me flinch. I grinded the rep back in the day to earn mine and it legit made me feel like Blizzard was trying to punish me for wanting a pretty kitty. Now it's easy.

I ground out the bone white raptor tonight. It took me about 2.5 hours. I had to give up ten primal eggs

It only takes 15 marks of honor to buy the faction PVP mounts??? I remember buying my Black War Wolf back when a single mount cost 50,000 honor points and it took me months of PVPing to just barely afford that. :(

Pro tip for the Isle of Giants egg mounts, they’re unique, so as long as you don’t learn them, you’ll always get one you don’t have. At least that’s how it worked a couple of years ago when I did it.

mounts are cool but you can keep the garbage ones that look like they ran away from classic wow so some of the list i see don't pertain to me i want the ones that look like they aren't straight rip offs from classic i hate classic and i don't want very much from it it was garbage back then its garbage now i love everything that wow has done in content that doesn't look like something my dads dad played.and i realllllllly don't care who likes classic you can stay there we dont miss you feel me.

Wow, they changed the Ravasaur? I did it on a max level, got poisoned by being hit by the mob, just turned my back to it and went AFK. That was a looooooooooong time ago though. XD

I farm all the rare spawn and collection mount stuff on a dead server so I have no competition, and now days you can make a new toon in the matter of a day or two.

For the cenarion expedition you can also do turn in's of unidentified plant parts to 6999 then do normal dungeons till revered then do all the quests before doing heroics and you can be exalted in a few hours.
