Watching your videos takes me back to when my family was younger. I really loved cooking for them and teaching them how to cook. I don’t have the energy or strength to cook anymore and I sure miss cooking for my family. I will definitely tell my daughter about the chicken crescents so she can make them.

I make my crumbs in my mini-chopper to eliminate the big pieces. Just a few pulses and it's done. I was thinking that if you added chopped pecans or even one whole one to each, it would mimic the chicken sandwich.
