You know when a parent is completely detached from their child, when they pass away they’re calmly explaining the details. I wouldn’t be able to think straight let alone go to the police department for a statement. I’d be a complete wreck.

How do you let your babies live in such filth and with no food or anything to xrink un the fridge??!! Just absolutely disgusting. And their prison sentences are a complete joke! I know someone that did longer in prison for motor vehicle charges that did not involve anyone dying!! I am completely disgusted.

So💔😰!! There's SO much jumping out at me! I know everyone else is flipping out about the house being "filthy" but that's not what struck me most. Altho the house could be a REALLY nice place to live if they took care of it. But there were parts that spoke to me abt someone wanting to make a nice home. Like they started out caring & just something happened. But the thing that disturbed me most was her talking about the "brown stuff" coming out of her son & saying "well you know the stuff that comes out of a dead body..." (Something to that effect) I just don't understand how someone whose baby has just died or is dying could say something like that & as calmly & matter of fact as she did. Just like she was describing a television show! 😰
Next, I keep seeing these ppl overdosing kids & it's just mind-blowing for so many reasons. 1 is easy. Drug addicts I know wouldn't want to waste any of their DOC. & I'm not bagging on addicts bc they aren't all evil ppl. But that's a debate for another time. I'm just saying. Most ppl I know who are addicted to 1 thing or another typically don't want to just throw their stuff away or give it away. Most want to keep every bit for themselves. Maybe those are just the ones who don't have as much. Maybe some have so much they wanna give it away

I dont know for sure for this case but I used to be perscribed strong pain killers for my degenerative back disease and was addicted to them, after my MG was being upped over a 4 year period. I've met people over the years that would SMOKE them on a piece of foil (I've never tried that but have seen friends of my ex do this ALOT) Obviously idk these peoples situation or how they abused their pills BUT it made me think that either the father or even both the mother/father smoked their pills & around the children & maybe the children inhaled it?? Or they were just stoned out of their minds & dropped them. I've found pain pills in lots of placed before (mostly after I got off them) At my current job I found a baggie of xanax, about 3 of them laying on the floor next to the toliet on the floor in the restroom. I flushed em. I have also found cigarette packs with a few cigs & a siliphane w pain pills in it at a grocery store about 2 months ago. I threw em away...

Wow! She intentionally withheld she was on drugs, which could have helped her son immediately, because she didn't want to lose her script!!! Most definitely should have been intentionally homicide. They OD'ed their child!!!! WTH??

This is horrific! Both children were drugged 😞. I have chronic pain issues and at times most of my joints are swollen from RA. I have to take pain meds and I also get Ativan for as needed use for panic attacks. I’m so paranoid about my 4 year old getting into something I won’t even put the empty bottles in the regular trash bc I think what if she gets in the trash and there’s residue in the bottle or something so I take it straight to the trash outside. When you take ANY medicine but esp narcotics you have to be so careful with children in the home!! You also can’t over use them bc then you are like a zombie and can’t clean ur home or take care of your kids. Which is probably why they drugged them.. so they could get high without being bothered 🥲. How could you ever drug your child with such heavy powerful medicine. Poor babies. RIP Damien

Knowing that cops, social workers, photographers, etc., would be coming to their house, I wonder if that’s their version of a quick clean up.

The other day I had to get the pest control to remove a hornet's nest and I felt guilty - because as gross and horrible as we consider things like hornets, spiders, rats and the like, they are incredible animals who work tirelessly their whole lives to build and maintain their environment and care for their offspring, even if it's to their own detriment.

Then you get animals like these two - laying around in piles of refuse in what USED to be a beautiful house that someone else paid for, shoveling down substances, and pumping out kids they can't and won't care for. We have pest control for the wrong creatures.

when you do drugs, and your sweating and hug someone, if its intense enough it can pass thru into the other persons system, I know that for a fact, 10yrs clean from 20yr addiction, believe me I know , its possible somethin like that happened here idk how much would pass tho but I know it will pass thru , either way this poor child passed away and its horrible just awful,,
okay after hearing how much 460milligrams in his sytem, wow! that's a fk ton! that wouldve been a couple prob 3 days worth I would take as adult at very high tolerance maybe even 4 days worth idr , yeah that baby got his hands on a bottle or someone give him some, or somthin idk poor baby would've been out of it, they was just pushing it into his body from day one it seems

No where have the parents said they gave their children oxy. I believe it is possible one of the kids got into the tablets and gave the tablet to the 2 year old and the baby.

Mom had full control of the drugs. She had the only key, gave hubby only what was prescribed.... If that was the case, there would be no 'extra' pills just lying around.
I'm one of lucky ones to be on meds for the rest of my life. I will never be pain free, but I damn sure appreciate the little help I get. I will not give up a dose for anyone. I can only hope to be pain free when I go in hospice.
