VShojo can be a little too off the rails sometimes, it's a damn sight better than Niji though.

Vshojo has had their issues but i highly respect them gor agressivly not being a vtuber agency. They dont do anything that a normal agency would do, the tallent are basically all indies functionally, and it makes the content better.

The sad part about this is that artists' arts commission by Niji probably has to wait probably about the same amount of time or longer for their payments due it being negligible for Niji. My guess is your time with Niji is negligible as their stocks right now. I'm so glad she peace out of that place.

This is actually so heartbreaking. Niji treated Michi so bad she has to be drip acclimated into a healthy work environment, via made up rules for her to "break". So she get used to making mistakes without fear of her entire career being over. That really hurts my heart, these talents have been actually fucking mentally and emotionally abused and now have ptsd over simply asking for help from their managers.
