Can you make a video on doppler log?

Dear Capt. Chopra Speed Log does not considering Current velocity, only wind. Vessel moving on water surface, so Speed Log calculating Speed through the water and deduct/add current velocity on GPS Speed is incorrect action when ship is underway (when alongside it is ok because water surface plane and ground plane are engaged).Am I right?
