Falling behind is perfectly normal. Sometimes you need to slow down in order to catch up, if that makes sense. You are NOT a loser. In fact, you are the farthest thing from it. Disengaging and stepping away from everything to have time for yourself is not a bad thing. Just remember that and know you are not a loser.

We love to make a balsamic marinated tomato dish that we put over toasted sourdough with provolone/any white cheese. It uses a ton of tomatoes but the cherry ones are best in it.
