auto reframe option is not showing in Davinci R 18.6

Is davinci resolve 18.6 support on hp victus ryzen 5 16gb ram and 512 gb ssd....?

Only available in the Studio version and not in the Free version.

I followed these instructions, smart reframing a person who was speaking. But when I exported the video there was a bad echo in the audio track for the frist few seconds. What am I doing wrong? Thanks.
