When you think of all the money universities make on each student, the sacrifices their parents make, the lifetime it takes the students to pay it back, and the subsidies our government gives them from our taxes, the amount is mind boggling. Education should be preceded by information on availability of different kinds of jobs, what they pay, and what it takes to get trained for each one. Then it is also necessary for each person to know what their interests and talents are, and hopefully to know what God’s purposes for them in life are, in order to live a happy and fulfilled existence. Going for big bucks doesn’t do it. Serving others is always a blessing.
