So here is an easy and sturdy workbench that takes less than two hours to build. It is not the fanciest workbench out there but it will get you off of the floor with your projects. I built this out of the rafter cutoffs from the roof on our timber frame and some rough cut lumber I had kicking around. This is quite possibly one of the easiest benches to build short of buying plywood. Keep in mind that on this channel we try to avoid buying as much as we can and build a lot of useful things often for free. This bench is 8' long by 30" wide, is easy to move yet it is solid.
