ive created a URL with place id for google reivews to send to customers but issue is if that person doesnt want to create a google acount they cant leave a review. how do i create a URL to send so that the customer can leave a google review with out creating a google account?

Facts! Getting reviews are literally worth $20-100+ each. The social proof lasts forever and can pay you for years!

Warning about Google reviews: they won't take down an unfair negative review of your business even if you report it and request that it be removed, it will stay there for the world to see. Newer, more positive reviews won't push it further down out of sight, they will still keep the adverse review front and center. This is probably rigged so you have to pay somebody something to get it taken down.

How do you set up the reviews page?

Not really a good idea to have Google reviews when you can't control fake or malicious reviews. many fake or dishonest reviews, you flag them, and google does nothing. Totally fake bad reviews but again google not take action of deleting that review. Also, reviews that customer does not understand that is not your business fault and google does not remove them either. We contacted Google and explained that a customer wrote a bad review because his food was late. Well, the app he uses to order food has drivers that take a very long time to pick up the orders so we explain to the customer that we can't do anything about that but he did not understand and he just did not remove the review AND WE NEVER GOT A SOLUTION FROM GOOGLE. Only if you pay a lawyer then it is removed. NOT FAIR. NOT RIGHT THAT GOOGLE MONOPOLIZES AND CONTROLS YOUR BUSINESS AND NOT HELP YOU WITH UNFAIRNESS REVIEWS

If I see a posting on a business. How can I reach out to the person who posted the review?

So frustrating!! The Review link generator does not work if you are not displaying your address as your company will not show up as an available company to create the review link. WAKE UP GOOGLE!! This is not unreasonable for service companies wanting to hide their addresses!!
