I am Quitting Red Karma - BDO

When I got into bdo about 4 years ago I thought one of the coolest concepts for bdo was the open world pvp and the ability to fight and kill anyone anywhere pretty much, Ive had some experiences in combat but it was always getting hard gearchecked. Since a year ago I have been seriously working on my gear and am finally reaching a point where I can stand a chance against people in the open world only for PA to have killed off pretty much everything regarding pvp other than organized pvp, arenas and capped content. I hear stories of huge fights happening over grind zones and guilds declaring wars in the open world and im sad ill never get to experience this part of bdo especially now that I would be able to participate with the progress Ive made with my gear.

and arsha servers dont exists....

It really sucks.

I like open world PVP and I it really is unfortunate that it's changing. However, players did it to themselves. For example: Killing someone at a dehkia spot who is just grinding a set spot, using an item that has charges, is going to cause people to complain. That is griefing someone and it's going to lead to problems that causes people to quit, which means no pearl sales that customer.

this all becuz made by player themselve。 in aisa server you wont see any equitable pvp always bullying。 and the horse charging change why people love to charging people off the horse when they just useing T trvel to anothere place !? IF not these jackass behavior PA wont change the pvp。

There are 2 pvp servers. What you want is to freely kill people that don't want to fight you as some form of accomplishment. Not everyone has 10 hours a day to grind and don't want to spend the majority of their time having to deal with some random dude on an ego trip wanting to kill them for the luls. There are many forms of pvp content in the game but people like you only want to grief and kill people farming. Boohoo.

How do you set your camera to be far from your character like in the video? All the time that I zoom out eventually I got back in a ‘zoom in’ setting

I dont know about EU but in NA arsha is also pve. If u kill someone there they start to complain even tho they know they are on arsha.

Why can't red players just go to arsha? It sounds like you just like harrasing people more than the actual PvP aspect of it

just go arsha. majority of players, including me, doesnt want to be bothered by red players. im not good in pvp, i just want to play bdo and its content. not all players have time in grinding, imagine you only got 1-2 hours to play bdo and some red player messed you up.

1st of all PA do this decision just because red player not that one bring income to them and they make those who wanna pay them left the game.
2nd PVE / PVP build too huge gap now with PVP set grief PVE ppl there rarely see a chance that PVE set will win over PVP set player that getting PVE ppl upset. Simple logic with eva VS PVE ppl( AP meta era)
3rd Didn't see red player punishment big enough after got killed, that make no one wanna fight against them, they rather run/complaint.
4th protect newbie there are all " future income" to be honest not red player :)
5th J always win.

Oh how sad that not so good pvp players who fail at arsha servers or arenas are forced to do real pvp now.

I can’t deal with PA no more. They clearly don’t care about there game or the player base. The karma system alone shouldn’t exist. It’s so bad it begs the question “Why even have force pvp then”. Then they go off and wait years to release content for the game.

This is a bit disappointing. I'm from the RU server, but I saw your videos even before I became a pk myself. On our server there is a downgrade after death from another player if you are without crystals. There are also two times fewer channels and people. But this did not stop us from creating the first full red PK guild on ru after the PK update (we were in other guilds but in the same community), where we have fun every day. Open PVP in BDO has become shit, but someone needs to stay and let people know that we won’t be broken that easily.

I love pvp but pvers grindes no handed people think that they rule the world.
They only want to grind, get better gear and nothing else.
It seems that there is no room for pvpers; will i think that pvp should be the main focus of the end of any game.

Bdo keeps dying because of PVE while have best mechanics for pvp... Sad.

I mean whats the point of the karma system anyway, there is absolutely no benefits been a red player. why do bdo even have that when there is no system to it

Game needs to be acquired by a better company that will do an FFXIV fix to it.

Theres no more content in this game anymore. Pvpers have given up on BDO. Until old Karma system or old GVG dec comes back, BDO can still be alive.

the only red players i met in years in this game were those that came to your spot bec they knew that u are weaker and just kill u for fun when u tried to do other stuff even now after changes most of red players i see are going to guild bosses spots to kill tuvalas i mean that was your red player experience .
red karma nowadays is not about trying to find opponents of your level rofl but just the weak ones at least they can win against some 1 in their life to flex their gear rofl .

Bro, for real i have -550k karma right now. Its like i want to pk player, but some runt of a Guild called "Dusk" loves ro pk player, i killed 5 of them in garmoths nest, it 5 v 1 with my warrior, right know im dealing with half mil negative karma, damn those players.
