Never wet trim if you love great tasting flowers. You are more likely to have flowers that taste like hay. Cut your plant down, and only remove fan leaves. Don’t cut anything near the flowers. Hang the whole plant until the flowers feel slightly crisp to the touch but the stems do not snap. Now trim your flowers to your liking. Put your flowers in a jar and burp 3 times a day for the first 5 to 7 days. Then burp Twice a day for 5 to 7 days. Finally burp once a day 7 days. While curing in This method , you want to stay within the 50 to 60 percent range. And I would suggest a solid 30 day cure if you can handle the wait🫡. I’ve been growing for 25 years. I am so picky that I’ll turn down a whole batch if there’s anything wrong with it at all. Clean and potent is the only way to smoke. Every wet trimmed bud I have experienced has always been a let down. I can taste it all. Wet trimmed flowers will contain mold even if you can’t see it. Dont take the chance, you already waited this long.🫡

Dry trim for the win. Don't wanna smoke stuff that tastes like hay. Invest in your setup.

Never never never wet trim, i have been growing for over 25 yrs everything from a closet grow to commercial size. I can tell you this, the moment you hit the buds with scissors especially if they're stainless steel What you're doing is creating a chemical process that changes the composition of the marijuana, if you've ever wondered why the marijuana you buy in the dispensary smells like fresh cut grass that is because it was wet trimmed, you can go ahead and Google this stuff but my uncle taught me a long time ago and that was before it was scientifically proven, if you care about the quality and all of the hard work that you put into your grow you will not do this to yourself Yes these buds look pretty but I can guarantee you he ruined the terpene profile and that's a fact Jack you could not give me his weed.

Nice colas! I usually wet trim, too. I don't like handling the buds more than necessary when dry due to trichome loss. I just finished curing a Biscotti Bliss I grew outside in the ground this year. Buds were more dense than anything I've ever grown! Colas as long as my forearm! 1.14 lbs dried and cured. Definitely doing the same next year.

Can you do a wet trim all the way to to taking no leaves at all dry video ? I've noticed that I get a pretty gnarly chlorophyll smell for the finished product with wet trim And I've gotten more of a smell and taste the more leaf you leave on to dry.

If one has the ideal environment of 60rh/60° , is it safe to say that you can leave the harvest hung for a longer period of time to avoid the burping stage of curing 🤔? This question has crossed my mind several times.

His RH is No good 🤨,,,,
He needs to bring it down to 60 and his temps to atleast 68f = a dewpoint of 53.6f.
The way it is now his dewpoint is slightly to high at 58.7 🤷🏽.
He’s adding in a little hay smell behind his Terps 🤨!!!!
To much moisture at 72f ( I’m still waiting for people to catch up on curing their cannabis, it goes way beyond low, temps, and pumping high humidity into the air🤷🏽, that’s not how it works) temp, and input humidity into the air equals a Dew-point. the most important thing ever when it comes to drying your high grade exotic cannabis 🤨.
