2004 Ford F-150 FX4 Full Tour / Overview

I love the design of these ones but my uncle had a 2006 F-150 XLT. I Remember him having some issues with it but it was a beautiful truck. He ended up getting a 2011 with the 3.7 and it’s a very nice truck and has been really good.

My uncle has a Red 04 F150 Lariat this truck is loaded it had between 200,000 and 300,000 miles it’s a nice truck but the engine has had it it still runs and drives but it skips and doesn’t run right. It’s always been well looked after

I heard it was one of worst motors.. I'm about to buy this same type truck next few weeks. Jan '19 sometime. Dwf don't want to purchase a future problem from someone else.
Any particular things I should look for or be aware of?

When he hit the exhaust the first time it sounded like the gta San Andreas click sound

I just bought a 2004 Ford F150 XLT Extended Cab with only 103,000 Miles. The car was in perfect condition and the interior was like new. The only thing I have done to it was to add some flat black running boards. Just two later after I bought someone at Walmart hit it on the passenger side door. My dent guy sent he can get out for only $250.00. It runs great and looks good. Paid $4,000 for it.

My grandpa has the 2004f150 and has my hole life I'm 15 and it's a great truck
