They'll never be that clear if they're moving. They're blurry because of the propulsion system they're using. When they're stationary, we see light on the underside of the vehicle, where the propulsion system is, and as soon as it powers on to move or zip away - the craft blurs as it's creating it's own antigravitic field to bend the laws of physics. The area surrounding the craft becomes an anomaly so to speak, something we can't perceive with our physical senses from outside of the craft. That's why they appear to be orbs of light or blurry dots. The craft we see clearly, not the one in this video, have to be something else. Something we've made or tinkered with. 😮
