Wow that’s awesome… I’m from Ecuador and here is so different. I tell you something, I did all 3D models on Revit and 9 exterior renders, of different proposals (AND I DESIGNED THE AESTHETICS OF THE BUILDING). But they only paid me 300$ (three hundred dolars) :c

lmao. what is is dream price rate for average freelancer. 6k per project is basically at least 15+ Birdview real estate rendering with 8 -10k resolution. ( including modelling from autocad data) where did you come up with that price =))

how am I gonna tell my first client (in Italy let's say) that the renders will cost 6k?

For a 3 days work she calculated a whole months of her expenditures, like client id stupid he or she will pay 6000 dollars, this dumbass will teach us bussiness.

In hong kong a typical render is only like few hundred usd, with freelancers charging even much lower, all thanks to the artists exploiting companies n china renderers that lowers the price by so much, and the clients here are mostly annoying douchebags without much sense who keep changing till eternity playing with their design, being a viz artist is no longer sustainable. Some of my previous companies has change fields no longer working on these.
