What a great powerful workout. I loved the end with the burpees. I tried to get as much air as I could in the jumps. This will be a go to for when looking for something to do on a day off.

ОтветитьIm finishing out my workout and I got some insight on one of the trainers at the gym telling me that he doesn't see me making any progress. He said that the program I'm following doesn't look hard but before I could tell him I choose not to go heavier on my upper body weights because my shoulders are not in very good standing he wouldn't let me speak. He thinks I need to add more weight for lower body and upper body which I agree with him but again my shoulders are a bit messed up. And I gave it all I could

ОтветитьI was going through the 30 min workout playlist. It was hard to find one I hadn't done before and saw I never did this one. I think this is one I'll come back to again and again. This is a new favorite for those days when I want to work hard and sweat quickly. WOOHHOOO
ОтветитьThis workout felt great. I'm working my way back into consistently working out so I'm not at my best but it just felt good to move weight. I didn't even mind too much the burpees at the end even though I had to modify.
