The only stat that matter is that 12,000 people attended the game. It sold out! What's everyone's problem?

This is exactly where Bronny belongs. At this point he has no business on the Lakers. Needs some development really lots of it. However, the kid is athletic and has potential. Let him develop and see what you have. The Lakers have blown it with lack of patience regarding the draft picks they had. Imagine if they still had Darius Garland and Deandre Hunter right now? Never understood why they gave up either one of them.
Garland is roasting the league right now and can flat out shoot. Hunter good solid wing defender that can score more consistently than Reddish. They have to be better at judging first round talent seems they pick better in the end of 1st or later round. But they flat out blew on Hood Scafino who I think will be ok in this league but Lakers need production now. So Jacquez would have been the pick there. Did well with Knect but must keep it up. Need good young post player next. No more borderline G League bigs. Also, please do a better job scouting overseas. Mo Wagner is doing well also but we gave up on him also. Just a bit concerning with our talent evaluating and player development.

He can be a good Jason kidd type of player… not saying he will be but if he focuses on defense and playmaking he can contribute to Lakers or any other squad.

Dann stop hating in the comments..half y'all only made it through highschool basketball..let alone college!! An if you can't do what he can with a ball in your hand , simply stop investing so much time in whether or not he belongs in d league or NBA ... If that's the case u should argue the fact the players that aren't known on certain teams still remain wit a jersey on there back an a seat on the bench ... If he made it further then u ... U should never hate on em .. something to think bout !!

IMO, he's missing out on making fun memories in college that he might regret later. He might be doing this for money (but doesn't need it if his father shares his fortune). My guess is that he wanted to wear a Lakers jersey and play alongside his father. Ok, life's not fair, but in sports you get floor time based on your ability-that's how it's always been done. There's also other leagues for players at different skill levels that didn't qualify to play the NBA. If there's better players on the team I don't think this is an ideal arrangement. It changes the precedence and integrity of sportsmanship of the game. If you can't keep the standards at a certain level then the integrity of the sport is in question and not in a good way.

I've seen most of Bronny's pro games, and the guy can hardly make it in the G-League at this point. He can't shoot, is not a good passer, a subpar scorer, and doesn't really play that superb defensively either. And I'm talking strictly on a G-League level. A guy who's making 20 percent of his shots shouldn't even be playing 30 minutes. He has yet to make a three for the South Bay Lakers and he doesn't have anything else to really contribute to the team. The fact that he got drafted at all and is getting substantial minutes in the G League is pure nepotism.

We all know Lebron is one of the greatest of all time, but Bronny didn't even start in his college team that didn't even make it to the NCAA tournament. He shouldn't have been drafted at all, and I'm kinda disappointed Lebron didn't give him a chance to grow at a college level. Bronny should've played a few more years in college to at least try to get himself ready, and maybe he could've had a chance to earn his spot in an NBA roster. It's almost like Lebron didn't believe his son could actually get to the NBA on his own skills, and having his team draft his son (even though Bronny clearly cannot play in the NBA) was the only chance to accomplish his own dream of becoming the NBA's first father-son duo.

Look, this kid does have potential. He's very athletic and playing against college players could have benefited him. He's still very young, so why not let him play a couple more years in college to allow him to grow? I see him playing now, and his inexperience shows in him not really knowing what to do with the ball. That's why he's taking so many poor shots and can't keep the ball. He shouldn't have gone pro when he's clearly not ready. Why couldn't he have gotten a chance to mature as a player playing in college?

The way things are right now, I fear he's going to get minutes in the G-League, get called up for a couple of meaningless minutes in the NBA, and ultimately lose a chance to become a legitimite NBA player because he's going to miss the window to grow as a player. His only legacy would be that he became the first father-son duo. What the heck is that about?
