As an avid stu player, this hypercharge goes against everything stu stands for (you can't be reckless with it😢)

A cool concept for Otis would be that the hyper super depletes all of the enemies super charge

Darryl hypercharge is way better. Each bullet is 600 damage, and he puts out 10 of them . If you use skill and find a good spot, he can do a TON of
damage

The good thing about these mediocre hypercharges is that the brawl team did say that they will come back and fix them

awesome tier list!about 8 bit hypercharge (8 bit can be faster ,he has more damage ,and he has a turrel),i know that 200 dmg its a few .but in heist he can destoryf faster ,and its can be really good for him ,and he can be maybe in the last top of B tier (its my opinion),and ofc he needs a buff to be higher

they should change otis and belle hyper charge so that otis has homing and belle stuns

Otis doesent need homing. It’s not that hard to hit his super just aim it. Nobody does that and they say it’s hard to hit.
