I tried getting her c2 but failed

She's a really good 4 star

I think sac frags is better because of shield downtime, I also think c6 is very good because of shield downtime.
Remember, her c2 does NOT refresh the duration.
3.5 seconds of mandatory downtime otherwise makes these two much better than I think you're giving them credit for.

I am SORELY disappointed that nobody has, in all of the Genshin content creators, has mentioned the 5* catalyst, Memory of Dust. It's got a ton of Attack and Attack% along with 20% shields AND 16% attack at R1. It's like it was made for her..... and not the rich lady in the clouds.

Ttds’ cooldown makes it so that the 48% atk buff only works one every other rotation, while kazuha’s can be refreshed every rotation or literally whenever you want due to the 6 seconds cooldown. Something that everybody just overlooks for some reason has anybody considered not everyone scales off hp, but does scale with dmg bonus (neuvilette and mualani as best examples)? You guys are considering a 48% atk buff every other rotation to a party wide 40% dmg bonus every rotation + elemental applicator with burst (aggravate and melt teams as best examples) + fav sword’s er refund + grouping + QoL??

What about Hu Tao? Does she not work with her or what?

I disagree on the C6 evaluation. Lan Yan's shield having 75% uptime is not comfy at all. Especially compared to other shielders. A lot of people are comparing her to Zhongli, but he has over 100% uptime. Meaning you can refresh the shield while you still have it. Comfortability is what shielders are used for anyway. At C6 not only does she get over 100% uptime, but also very importantly you can refresh the shield more flexibly meaning her rotations become super flexible and can be used with many more characters. With her C6 she's on a whole other level as a shielder, before that she's just ok.

On a Xiao + Bennett + Faruzan team, who is better as 4th? Lan Yan or C4 Jean?

Lan Yan was so easy to build I love her already anemo kequing kinda😂

i finished off my Xiangling cons with the free pick instead

yeah man arle's personal damage goes up with these other anemo units but kazuha being able to double swirl for yelan increases team dpr by so much more. this stuff has been calced, kazuha is still the best

I feel angry at myself for being so delusional. I relied so much on Kazuha and Zhongli's popularity that I forgot that they could become outdated themselves. I am far from having the level and gear to complete the Abyss so I probably won't be able to do so...

I feel jealous because other people have the meta units while I invested in characters that aren't meta at all and that I don't know how to play. I won't be able to complete the abyss.

I feel sad because I am miserable. I put a lot of energy into the game and it was useless. I was a mere fool farming for no reason. It's lost time.

I feel disgusted at myself because I am making everything worse. These chatacters are too good I don't deserve them.

I'm mad mad mad so mad mad mad mad. My brain is fried by how frustrated I am. I pulled for Zhongli and wasted primos that would've been better used for Baizhu. Also, I get interested by Kazuha when he's not meta anymore. Every single life decision of mine feels like the dumbest thing ever...

I don't make sense. When did I start caring about meta that much? I'm unconsciously looking for validation by fitting meta standards when it actually doesn't help me in the slightest. I'm just making myself even more reasonable than I already am.

Lan Yan is incredible considering she's 4* meaning she's cheap to max

I'm not a pro, but so far I am loving having her on my team!

I dont have neither Lan Yan or Xingqiu, but I do have Neuvillete, Arlecchino, Bennet, Raiden and Nahida(better charcters) so Im kinda in a tough spot rn cus I can buy Xingqiu, but I already wished 40 times on Arle banner and didnt get Lan Yan. If anyone could share their opinion i would appreciate it! 👉👈

With the Mualani/Mavuika/Xilonen team, is it okay if I have Mavuika on Obsidian Codex and Xilonen on Archaic Petra? I got Citlali who is now holding the Scrolls set…didn’t think I’d use Xilonen outside of a team with her so I impatiently used her DEF pieces to level up Citlali and Mavuika’s artifacts 💀

I think you oversell Lanyan, kind of the same way you oversold Kachina.

Lanyan won't replace neither Zhongli nor Kazuha because they offer things you have to make concessions for in her case in other terms, off-field damage application and VV shreds for Kazuha, and Zhongli having a strong shield and providing decent shreds with a permanent shield. Lanyan on ttds and Vv is the biggest cope and again people are gonna learn it the hard way.

I want to do a neuvilette/lan Yan team but I don't have furina/xilonen? What characters can I put in those slots while I wait for the furina rerun?

Does she work with childes ult in a taser team? Childe C1 Beidu C6 Lan Yan C6 Kuki (I forget what C she has)

Hi guys i just saw this, i think its a bug or ? i mean i use xilonen burst and then swap to lan yan and the heals stop there she wont heal... but if i swap from xilonen to other characters they all heal, only lan yan wont heal hmmm... interesting 😁
