This is so cool... Primitive game making without UPBGE. The most I've been able to do was recreate pong using the particle system and drivers for the paddles lmao

One thing I have tried to do for 4 years now, is to replicate the cutting mechanic from Metal Gear Rising, not really so much the sword play, but just the slicing. Or another example is the indie game Tiny & Big, Grandpa's Leftovers I think it's called, also has a very cool CSG type slicing operation. Do you think this would be possible using Geometry Nodes, and if so, I really should start learning how to use those lol.
Basically regular boolean operation doesn't seem to 'cut' it x)

ОтветитьYou are very talented using a 3d modelling program (Blender) what's not meant to be used as a game engine (e.g. unity, unreal engine etc), you still have used as a game engine. And this is far better then all of the PowerPoint ones! Well done Sando!!!
