works on the ps5 with the next gen update, just check your inventory after making the deal with the borg fella and click on the copy of the shard while escaping with jackie. told him i had a chip then proceeded to pull my weapon out for fucks

ez, thanks so much ! am level 35 and still haven't like 100% figured out HOW the fak it exactly works, how to fak the algorithm every time, am just getting by bu thy talents and cyberdeck and have 7 slots, and sometimes doing hacking like 3 times, and am like NOT BAD at math, patterns etc am even good ad coding , IT, but this is sometimes like ... random sht, didn't decode the minigame STILL, if anybody got some GOOD comprehensive but not 30min video or "how to" I would be SO glad, thanks bros

MARCH 30TH 2024. I DECRYPTED AS SOON AS I GOT IT, DID MISSION (KILL DON'T PAY), WAITED 'TIL DEX CALL WAS OVER, WENT TO BACKPACK, ALL SUPPLIES, HOVERING ON OBJECT GAVE OPTION TO GET MONEY, BACK TO GAME, MONEY TRANSFERRED.

It looked like you had more chances to pick numbers than I do... I just started playing the game so I'm not sure if I need to level up more? Or just figure out how to do the number sequence better

Hack the shard
Go to backpack
Find card
Click “ extract Eddie’s”

Doesn’t work in phantom

Not sure what I’m doing wrong I didn’t get the credits I still only have 478 credits.

Thanks bro. It still works on patch 2.0 btw you just need to open inventory, backpack, all items. You should find the chip at the bottom and if you hover over it it lets you press a button for the eddis. For all those saying it doesnt work, dont go to the chip via jurnal, you need to find it in the backpack!

It would be nice if you could do these puzzles and actually figure them out yourself. I have a pretty good gaming pc, but im finally playing cyberpunk on ps4 bc it was a christmas gift. On ps4, the loading screen lasts well over a full minute when reloading a save. Normally, when failing a puzzle you could just reload and LEARN it, you know? Its making me want to just start over and catch this game on sale on steam so i can enjoy it fully. The console version is so slow and frame rate is fucked, even with all graphics settings turned off

Hey I have an issue… I’m trying to pay Royce so I can get the legendary satara from the shop but i decrypt it and it just says Eddie’s are clear and no transfer happens help I tried all the other comments but nothing worked

I properly hacked it but I just got the message and no download and money..

Playing on latest patch, they did not nerf the amount. Just complete the pickup, wait to hack until after your phone call with Dex.

You can back out of the hack at any time if you fail, just hit B or whatever the equivalent is and you can retry.

If you successfully hacked both of the options the data shard will pop up in your backpack and have the option to download the money, doing so will net you 10k Eddie’s.

If you didn’t get 10k you might of only hacked 1 of the options, it needs to be both.

It still works 1.62
1. Decrypt the Chip
2. Wait for Dex call after the mission
3. Open your inventory, then backpack and show "all items" then you see quest items.
4. Click on the Splitter and leave the menu
5. Enjoy the money

Ok so the money isnt automatic anymore? You have to download it from your back pack? But now this option isnt available until after the mission? I guess to make it so you dont automatically get the "buy it for 10K" option when deciding on a plan of attack?

I honestly refuse to believe anyone on the internet actually understands this.
It is literally more likely that I'm living in a simulation and everyone is in on some type of prank to convince me this is even possible to understand.
There are so many variables not explained.
What does the buffer even do?
In what way does the information on the right correlate to the information on the left?
I would genuinely rather pursue a PhD in quantum physics than attempt to complete any of these mini games.

You can still get the money, decript it after the call with Dex, new after patch 1.5 is you have to "activate" it from your inventory.
Go to your backpack, filter for all items and click on the splitter. From there you can retrieve the money and after you close your menu the money transfer will start.

i can do the first BD then the 2nd 1C but the 3rd BD down isn't choosable, only the BD to the left of it .

Well I never got it. Tried it after Act 1 and hacked it correctly but never got the money. Inventory nothing.

even after i complete the mission it says "property of militech unauthorized access is strictly forbidden" and then no money?????

my game crashed because im trying to do this shit wtf the company needs to patch the crashes its annoying
