HobbyWing FlyFun Fentium ESC Prog Card failure

I bought this HW FLYFUN Fentium Program Card from Banggood.com. Link here: https://www.banggood.com/Hobbywing-LED-Program-Card-p-71827.html?rmmds=myorder&cur_warehouse=CN
The lights on the Program Card do not light up although I have followed the directions. Please send me a new unit. As the video shows, I am using it with the appropriate model, a Hobbywing FlyFun 80A ESC with the 5V/8A BEC which I purchased from you back in December 2017, Order No: 40022098.
