Reading between the lines here Brett might have AJ sims on his coach list and I think that'd be a great match. AJ was the only coach to peak hassan properly and he's an expert on gut issues which brett has struggled with.

I love working out but Chris brought made me a fan of the sport. From there I was down the rabbit hole and found even more relatable content like your podcasts.

If you like that Chris is this transformative figure and is bringing average gym goers in to the world of bodybuilding then you’re gonna have to deal with all his fans who don’t know anything about bodybuilding arguing with you about why he’s better than other competitors when they don’t know what they’re re talking about.

They don’t give ranges because. Giving ranges of illegal health damaging drugs that have never been tested on humans in those doses. There are no ranges. There are varying levels of (ab)use. Stop using the logic of “He did xyz at 2g so if I only do xy at 1g so I will be fine!” Everyone is different and you’re supposed to get better from steroids not more! Most are taking so much it makes them sick. Inflammation alone is a huge issue, HUGE!

Martin definitely won based on bodybuilding criteria. However, if that’s the case then Shaun Clarida should have at least been second right?? Shaun was just as conditioned and much more muscular than Cbum. If Cbum beat Shaun based on structure and conditioning then it’s understandable that some people would think the same would apply to Martin. It’s wild work for Guy to call people stupid for thinking Cbum won after prejudging. There were pros, retired pros, and ex Mr Olympia’s at the show who thought Cbum was winning after prejudging. Are they stupid? I don’t agree with them but let’s be real and agree that BB is very subjective and there’s never been any written criteria 🤷🏻‍♂️

When I was 21 I took 600mg tren e per week. Stupid side effects and a hard crash coming off.
10 years later and I just did a prep using 200mg tren/week. I felt so damn good compared to the high doses. My test dose is drastically lower now too and I’m making more progress than ever. More does not equal better. The body can only handle so much.

Brett is such a good addition to the podcast, he should definitely be on more. He asked really good quality questions and doesn’t interrupt people. He adds a really good dynamic and quality to the conversation.

How could blood markers show what drugs to use? I get how test could be judged but what would bloods shows to determine how much tren and other compounds are best?

I'm not a huge CBum fan, too me he is E-an's brother in law, I learned of Chris through Iain, and I was shocked at how good he looked in open. I thought he'd be blown away by Martin, but he was close. I agree his frame just stands out. Arms and back were small by comparison, but I was amazed at how good his legs looked filled out.

To the 20yr olds: get initial bloodwork, start on the minimum dose 150-200mg. Get bloodwork again and see how you respond. Over time build it up little by little whilst monitoring bloodwork. Then experiment with one thing at a time (minimal dose), see how you physically and mentally respond - Rinse and repeat until you know.
