From what I've read, Phil was caught in his next workplace stealing cheques.
ОтветитьThat look on Gordon's face as he eats good food - we need to treasure it!!
ОтветитьThis place is no closed
But not after the girls Gordon helped sold it
Goodnight Ladies. Not a man in site.
Translation: Even in England a woman's place is in the kitchen. ;)
Update:
They closed as the business was sold in November 2007. Sandy returned to her antiques shop, Laura was an actress with some bit parts and Phil was jailed for theft for stealing cheques.

ОтветитьLove that Old Boy.
ОтветитьI bet Ramsay is having a very rough time watching this scamdemic eat away all his hard work as one small business after another vanishes into thin air.
ОтветитьThat looked so good and that smile gordon had when he was eating it
ОтветитьPhil ended up being arrested for theft of cheques from his employer at another restaurant! Good job they ditched him
ОтветитьGo Emma!
ОтветитьDamn, the chef has a book of Gordon Ramsay in her kitchen
ОтветитьEmma seems like a really good person and very talented and passionate. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves
ОтветитьThis place has been sold twice since then - fkg marvelous!
ОтветитьChefs need to understand that the food you make is 90% of the reason why people come back. I’ve seen food vans and buses make more money then well established restaurants. Because chefs will get comfortable and start serving people half as* food. I worked at a fast food restaurant almost 7 years ago. I ran the cash register, salads, appetizers, catering and I cooked as well. Everyday at lunch we would have a line out the door to the parking lot. Everyday. But the 3 other restaurants were losing money fast. I would have customers tell me, they drive 20 minutes out of the way just to come to this restaurant because I work here. Because I gave the best service with a smile every time. I made sure food was made properly and presentable before being sent out. If we started falling behind at something I would jump back and help whoever needed it. Whether it was washing dishes, cooking food or running it to customers. If anyone complained I would inform everyone I worked with that we need to step it up. I encouraged the employees to do there best they can. And I was never a manager.
7 years later I just got a email from my old boss telling me if I ever need a job I would be hired as head manager. And our regular customers still come in and ask where I am and that they miss me. 💗💗 people just want to feel like they matter and when you treat each guest like a king or queen when you walk in the doors. You’re business will never fail.
I would see a regular and say “good morning Joe! You want your regular today? How’s work been treating you?” Or “how was your weekend or holiday?”
This really matters to customers. Not just to the regulars but the people you first meet too. To see a customer treated that way makes them want to come back again and be remembered and treated important too
At the end of the day people want to eat at places where they know they’re cared about. That you as a person matter not the money in your pocket
Phil's gone back to his old job, nicking hubcaps and siphoning petrol ... probably why his palate was shot in the first place!
ОтветитьUK's more professional, US Is all about screaming and fighting
ОтветитьThe languid green wessely paste because shingle unknowingly crawl outside a elite peanut. subsequent, imported recorder
ОтветитьBraised Beef is Brilliant!
ОтветитьOne of my favorite show
ОтветитьYou know he’s telling the truth when he says it’s delicious when he’s got a grin on his face
ОтветитьGordo could have had the nastiest 5some in history
ОтветитьGorgeous!!!😍
ОтветитьAn all female staff. Well good. Now they can talk about shoes, clothes, make up, PMS, and talk smack about men all they want.
ОтветитьHe could wear more than a white Tshirt at least!
ОтветитьLesbos power
Ответить"Not a man in sight... fuck me!"
ОтветитьHelen made a great general manager, Sandy and Laura were useless without her running the show.
ОтветитьMy god that dish looked amazing! Braised beef done right is by far the most delicious thing on the plannet!
ОтветитьEmma’s adorable I hope she’s still killing it somewhere today
ОтветитьAn all-women team does not work. You can see the proof with this restaurant and the fact it is now closed. I bet the £4000 "profit" was donated by a femenazi charity trying to cover the fact the women can't run a business
ОтветитьY’know what, fair play to Emma, she’s impressed Gordon. That isn’t an easy thing to do.
ОтветитьSeeing Gordon enjoy the food Emma prepared brought tears to my eyes.
ОтветитьWhat is it with this place and apricots..???
ОтветитьSo they let Phil go cos he's a man... screw them
ОтветитьI don't understand the obssesion with over tenderness on meat, it's a weird feeling. I prefer a thousand times a slightly chewy juicy bite
Ответитьi'm really happy to see emma got the position she deserved in the end but credit to phil, while he looked like an easy scapegoat for the restaurant's problems at the beginning it quickly became clear he was a lot more eager and willing to show up and make changes than the family was when gordon showed up. i hope he's doing well.
ОтветитьNot a man in sight…I’m sure I saw one male waiter running round clearing table at the end….
ОтветитьRip Emma ❤
