Tried to install the Multicore update. NOT the official #firmware, that went fine #sf2000 #emulator

Failed attempt at installing the community project to add more functionality to the Datafrog sf2000.

The Multicore update/upgrade isn’t a true custom firmware, more an extension of the stock firmware due to its.. unique way of handling emulation and retroarch cores.

It does promise a more optimized behind the scenes stuff for better/more accurate/hopefully more playable emulation but it doesn’t address some of the glaring issues, mainly the lack of screen brightness controls, as well as the out of control screen tearing.
