The Cable Tie Killer is back - and this time he has targeted Neave. She plays a single woman who has met someone through online dating and has invited him over to her place. After an enjoyable evening, he says he has a present for her - it's not quite the necklace Neave had in mind!!!

He slips the cable tie around the woman's neck and pulls it tight. He then watches as she struggles to breathe, desperately trying to break free from the cable tir around her bare neck. She throws herself around her living room as she is choked and strangled by the zip tie, before collapsing on the floor. Her eyes bulge and tongue hangs out her mouth as she dies.
