I visited Thailand in December and your video is making me miss all the delicious foods there! Love your very informative videos by the way - keep up the great work!
ОтветитьThere are most muslims in the north like in Krabi and around right ? I was in Kata and Karon but I saw more in Patong.
ОтветитьThanks a lot Darren for your videos they where very helpful , I just came back home we had an amazing trip. I visited a lot of places you where at around Phuket cheers
Ответитьi do enjoy your vids! we are frequent travellers to phuket, love to go for about 6 months, where do think would be the best place to stay? are we allowed to stay that long? we will have a child with us aged prob 10 at the time we go. Love to hear your thoughts, also can a australian go to a thai school? is it possible? sorry about all the questions lol
ОтветитьHi Darren, thanks for the useful information.
However I find the food not "on par" with what we get in Australia. Such as grilled non saucy meats, salads etc.
You are pretty much showing the unhealthy stuff. Also for the fruit they're not chilled, so they must be really hot in Thai weather. Could you perhaps shoot a video where you'd be eating out healthy meals; and chilled fruit/coconut etc.?
Somehow I misplaced part 2 and will have to visit your site to pick it up lol....Minced pork buns YUM, I would be an addict PORK PORK PORK...andn the fried chicken 2 pc snack with stick rice and chicken pcs looked FAB from yur fav stall. I am soooo hungry now and thankfully have a roast chix breast in the fridge LOL...thanks for another great vid Darren.
ОтветитьI will be in Krabi next week. Can't wait for it.....excited to try the street food
ОтветитьThai food appears very well presented, colourful and creative but I would probably have to live on fruit and the tasty looking desserts if I visited on holiday maybe I could find some western type meals to my taste but would be doing much picking around.

I used to know an American who lived on the street. Here, one can just "squeek by" on 6-7 $$ per day. But what you revealed in this program, certainly good food for the price. Quality, especially those 2 Chicken patties and sticky rice you snacked on by the school. Thanx again mate!!
