This Makes Dragon Rulers Tier 0!!! New Dragon Ruler Cards! Alliance Insight!

I'm very hyped but also very afraid of them getting shot down by the banlist
I've been tampering around with dragon rulers and made a niche deck (I'm not telling its my special secret:p) that works pretty well. This support literally solves all my problems in life

If these did end up making Dragon Rulers tier 0 again, that would be extremely funny

Ngl it's really nice to see them finally come off the list only for them to become playable in modern day. These are probably tier 1 now.

At first I looked at the Xyz Monsters and was like "Sure, as long as it doesn't get hit with effect veiler", and just like that, saw the spell immediately after. Hot damn.

Finally an archetype i love is coming back stronger than ever! Time to dust off my Dragonruler deck and get this set!

It can make it somewhat playable, but tier 0...hell no lol.

I'm glad the old Dragon Rulers all were taken off the banlist, so I have a reason to spend a couple hundred on these cards and struggle to buy the older Dragon Rulers.

You would think that if they did come up with more new dragon rulers they would not be light or dark given. I think that's one of the best things that I liked about the deck is there was no light and dark monster dragons that were good you could use in the dragon deck since we got some many monsters that are light and dark dragons when we could use some more dragon type monsters that are not light and dark. And we can use some dragon decks like water, dragon, tuners Earth, dragon tuners and fire tuners and wind dragon tuners and stuff like that. But nonetheless, the new support does look good. It's kind of weird that the new light and dark rulers seem to bring out the XCS and not an adult form that ain't XYZ

Lets just hope the support is budget cause OH MY GOD i wanna play these cards!!!

Just want everyone to know that thanks to the light xyz dragon ruler, barrier statue turbo is a legitimate strat thanks to tidal effect to foolish and redox effect to reborn. All this becomes more consistent being able to gain the discard effect of both because of the light xyz ruler

Imagine if they go even further than this and we get like Ancalagon, Dragon Ruler of Thangorodrim...

Disaster doesn't specify "attached by this effect" so if yiu make it with the 2 rank 7s and then add the other 4... you banish everything right?

Using the quick play to get the full towers effect will likely rarely ever happen. It IS nasty as a quick board/grave banish though. Especially if there's a way to search it.

Not sure if you realized it at the time or after but the dark xyz appears to negate monster effects as well. Insanely strong

Eclipses negates spell/trap card OR effect so its basically its an omni negate

The monsters are incredible, but the fact that the quick play spell is not searchable and doesn’t start plays on its own nor can be discarded by the other dragon ruler effects makes me think its not gonna be played.

Now unban dark matter

That means the only defense against the newest Xyz dragon ruler is the Egyptian god cards.

I can't wait to make a playmat out of all the dragon Rulers on it

A cool thing that isn't really evident from the translation is the prefix's to the names.
All the dragon rulers have this and they are pretty much just their element, such as Blaster having 焔 for flame
But the new one disaster is 超 Chō, Chōseiryū which is more like Super Dragon Ruler, or Grand Dragon Ruler

im all for it but im scared this gonna be banned or limited sadly.

I personally think these new cards are exactly what we need in this game as now dragon rulers literally do not care about shifter. Oh shifter that’s cool proceeds to special them from the banished zone anyway.
