Such a waste,no one stepped up to save this gem
ОтветитьWhat a dream home-to bad left abandoned
ОтветитьThose babys WHO Burr love you so much
ОтветитьSad to see cat bones and how small they really are 😭😭😭
ОтветитьJust saw the article, so sad ! This place was amazing!
ОтветитьIt is a absolutely amazing house. It should have been restored. I bet it would have fetched a lot of money. It could have been a historic home. I am overwhelmed. Thank you for this tour.
Ответитьwheres the animal
ОтветитьI remember this house, I believe the lady died with no will, and i think several neices and nefues not to mention a care taker were all fighting in court for ownership of the house and then one day boom, it was literally burnt down to the foundation, nothing was left after that.
ОтветитьUnfortunately a lot of places end up like this pretty fast. Someone dies and the family starts fighting over the house, sometimes the vandalize the house to keep other family members from having it. It ends up with more damage than is worth it to fix and they end up abandoned. It's sad because this house looks custom built- it's not a regular house someone designed and built this house for themselves meaning that it's likely unique.
ОтветитьWhat a shame!!!! Pretty house!!!!!
ОтветитьIt's so sad to see the house vandalised, why do that 🤷♀️ and the poor dead kitty 😞 I can't understand why the house is left like that? Maybe there weren't any family to clear it or, they didn't want to clear it, so sad. I have never seen a house with wallpaper on the ceilings before. Thanx for the explore, it was a lovely house.
ОтветитьI think that the Graffiti is very pertinent to the house. It was a Cat Lady home surrounded by glass. So, on the wall is written "Throw Stones" Referring to "People in Glass Houses shouldn't Throw Stones". And most profound is, "Dead Cats Catch No Rat's" referring to the Cremation Cert's. The artist definitely has a sense of humor.
ОтветитьI love the wallpaper so much and I would to restore. I love cats. How can I buy this house??
ОтветитьI'm sorry, but to the little asswipes spraying graffiti all over other people's property, I hope you endure someone destroying your walls, and your property someday.
ОтветитьAmazingly this house even though it has been abandoned it doesn’t feel that creepy and the fridge are clean , , this house must has been filled with love with her felines and be blessed
ОтветитьI’m surprised the vandals didn’t throw stones in that glass house 😏
ОтветитьOmg those kitchen stools and dining room roller chairs are freaking amazing 😍
ОтветитьThis video is enteresting the house is messy she had a nice home sad when die every thing left behind.
ОтветитьThrow a match into that disgusting place
ОтветитьI watched a video many years ago of someone checking the place out and at that time the place still was in excellent condition. I absolutely loved this house, and was telling my husband about it and was wondering where it was and then we started watching your video. So sad, some ransacked the place, and stole what they could obviously carry. So sad. Would be such a beautiful place to live, that's for sure. Thank you for sharing, even if it's sad to see it in such a state
ОтветитьThe natural light she would have enjoyed. Very cool place, so disheartening that it’s no longer cared for.
ОтветитьThank you so much for this video.I will be ordering more tabloids and magazines for my collection in a couple weeks.Ive seen this house explored before.i like seeing different perspectives on a particular house
ОтветитьAs you can tell by my picture mam,I'm a cat lover 😸💖
ОтветитьThis video is from 9 years ago. Very good camerahandling and great videoquality!! Just sayin´ nowadays people film with potatos and jump here&there LOL Interesting video! 2 thumbs up! 🤩😊
ОтветитьI hope the vandals have the same treatment to their home one day!
ОтветитьI watched this again 8 years later, this time with my dad to expose him to real Urbex content.
I noticed all of the small details on Fern’s personal effects, and now I am staring blankly into space…
-The only non-cat family photo being a vintage blank and white portrait of a man from the 40s or 50s.
-A note on the fridge full of food for dad to take care of her cats.
-All signs pointing to a sudden departure after 2002.
-One of her cats was dead on the living room floor, trapped inside with no way out and forgotten.
A house on acreage for a hobby farm but no signs of cultivation and only fake plants.
When she wrote that note to her dad, it was the end, she knew there was no family to settle her estate. But she loved her cats dearly and may have been suffering from dementia and oblivious. Or not and wrote that in heartbreaking desperation in the last few minutes before going with paramedics as a final act of love.
But yeah, I think using user video to expose my dad to this is mission accomplished! Those are the kind of existential moments this evokes in the audience.
Thank your TikiTrex for making a masterpiece. While the house no longer exists, this tragic moment in time will live on for posterity.
It’s a moment that await us all.
With you Erika would love to get in there and clean it up
ОтветитьI have always loved this house.
ОтветитьI cannot believe they tore this house down. It almost has a Frank Lloyd Wright house. I hope they did some recycling before they destroyed it. She must have been in hospital and then returned back home for hospice care thats why all the masks and stuff in the kitchen. So sad.
ОтветитьDefinitely a cat hoarder's house 🙀
ОтветитьShe didn t love real plants because cats eat it and i s dangerous at minute 28
Ответитьwas a nice house,,,thanks for your time
ОтветитьThe only thing that explains all the fake plants is that she wanted to have something like an indoors garden but the cats would chew on thw house plants. House plants are known to be poisonous to cats so she replaced them woth plastic ones.
ОтветитьThey are bad people who destroy other people's houses and make them dirty.
ОтветитьI remember watching this years ago and have been looking for it ever since. The thought to search “Woman’s abandoned mansion” on here randomly popped in my head, I typed it in, and finally found it again.~
ОтветитьPoor cat!!!! 😢
ОтветитьCan someone please tell me where the poor dead kitty is, I can't find it and I watched the whole thing, also, if the house didn't burn down, I would grab all the cat items and take them, restore them, and take care of them in the woman's honor because I am the number one cat lover in the world
ОтветитьOh wow love this whole house and the infoor pond was there water still in it
Ответитьi don’t know if anyone’s still watching this and maybe a reach but does anyone know the former address of this or a link to an old real estate posting or something of this home? i watched this when i was a kid and tried to make it on the sims but could never figure out the layout and coming back years later i’d love to try again.. this has been my dream house for years and years 😭
Ответитьwho would leave such a beautiful home to rot?
ОтветитьI FOUND YOU!!! I WATCHED THIS VIDEO AT MY DADS BEFORE I HAD AN ACCOUT AND I THINK ABOUT IT ONCE A MONTH!!!! THIS HOUSE IS SO INTERESTINGLY BUILT IT LINGERS ON MY MIND OFTEN!!! I AM SO EXCITED TO HAVE FINALLY FOUND THISE VIDEO AGAIN!!!
ОтветитьI saw 3 dead animals maybe more thoes poor baby’s
ОтветитьYa ........🎉😢....wow
Ответитьidk why but this house has been living in my head rent free for the past 4 years, can't believe I found this video again
ОтветитьVery nice house. Looks like she rescued cats and took care of them. She had artifical plants because cats would have gotten into real plants and some plants are harmful to animals. She must have died suddenly because she would never left her animals alone ❤❤❤
ОтветитьI remember watching this video like 8 years ago. I come back to this video every few years. This house and the previous owner make me so sad. As a cat person myself, I hope she's with her kitties in heaven. ❤
Ответить2024 where did u go tiki
ОтветитьApparently, it's not very clear, I'm merely supposing, the lady liked cats
Ответитьthis is really a very extraordinary place. I would be interested to know what happened to it and what it looks like there today.
