ОтветитьQuick question….are spring trampolines effective at lymphatic drainage? I have heard it is only bungee rebounders are best for lymphatic drainage.

Ответитьfor everyone who is starting- keep going. 10 mins, I assure you, makes a difference!!!!! it has me- I've only been doing this for 7 months, ( 10 min at a time- I do 2, 10 min work outs a day now- but it has completely changed my life.... and Im 50. keep going! you can do this!!!!

Hi, New subscriber here👋 I got a rebounder for Christmas but it only arrived yesterday. I love your videos and I’m hoping that I’ve finally found the workout that will keep me motivated. I’ve never been an exercise type of person, but I’m 50 now and I really need to do something about that. So far I’m really enjoying it. One question though, can I do this barefoot or is it better for me to use sneakers?

ОтветитьI enjoy your videos, thank you! 🙏I don't know if you can do one at some point on the internal taxation that the body goes through from a scientific stance. The gravity push & pull inside the body is HUGE if, like me, you go in TOO hard TOO fast (going too high, for too long), and pay the price!
I just started doing 2-3 mins for 3 days at Christmas after never rebounding before in my life (I'm a hiker / walker and pretty fit in that sense), and 2 weeks later I FINALLY feel like I can move again. It's been astonishingly difficult to breathe properly in this time because my entire skeletal structure and internal organs shifted and crashed into each other so hard. At one point I almost went to the hospital emergency room, it was THAT bad.
Also, I'm not doing rebounding to lose weight as I'm already very skinny but was diagnosed with borderline osteoporosis at age 45 (I'm now 47) so I'm targeting bone density as my goal - could you maybe also consider a video about rebounding for people who aren't necessarily looking to shed the pounds and have this in mind?
Anyway, I really can testify to the effect rebounding has after this experience and will be starting again SLOWLY and CAREFULLY to avoid injury and start teaching my body to adapt to the pressures when rebounding. It's an amazing exercise! 👍
