In 1974 I was listening on the ABC radio the World Cup in Germany , I played football all my life I followed the NSL with Frank Arok Went to the 2006 World Cup got in an incident with the AFl moron in Munich watched SBS with Johny warren and Laslo Les Murray . Was at West Hams home ground to watch Oz beat England 3-1 .Was at the Sydney Olympic game at Praton Park riot .I nearly gave up but your show has made me realise I can't give up I love the game too much .Thank you.

I come from an Aussie working class family of AFL diehards, hate football. I'm a nearly 20 year member of Essendon.

2006 World Cup converted me, and I've been hooked ever since. I love both sports still but football just evokes emotions and feelings that AFL can't and is by far the number 1 for me these days.
