Hast du schon Erfahrungen mit den Rotmaderpinseln von Davinci gemacht?
Ich hatte noch einen gefühlt uralten Rotmaderpinsel, den ich über alles liebe, leider ist er schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen und man kann nicht mal mehr lesen von welcher Firma er war :(
Als ich mich vor Kurzem mit neuen Produkten eingedeckt habe, habe ich mir den Rotmaderpinsel von Davinci besorgt und ein paar Synthetikpinsel von Davinci (Cosmotop Spin).
Leider kommt dieser Rotmaderpinsel gar nicht an meinen alten ran und ich bin ziemlich unzufrieden damit ... vor allem mit der Spitze

How much are schmincke watercolors in Germany?

The amount of pigment in paint IS THE ONLY REASON FOR COSTLY PAINT(By-the-by, most pigments are not costly). For example, the acrylics you were refering to that were watery could have been fixed by adding pva glue (the binding medium for acrylics is pva glue ). Unfortunately, some companies cheat artist by not addind more pigment & adding less binders then calling their "doctored" product "student grade". IN FACT THERE ARE ONLY ONE OR TWO COMPANIES THAT TRUELY ADD MORE PIGMENT TO THEIR ARTIST QUALITY PRODUCTS. THE REST ARE CHEATING ARTIST, WHO ARE USUALY POOR. Didn't catch on to all of this till I started making my own paint. Try it. It will surprise you how easy it is to do, and how economical. The quality can't be beat, because you control the process.

On the winsor&newton set you mentioned you are right, it is not the artist/professional range. It is a cotman range which is supposed to be their student more affordable range. Do give it another try with the professional range ☺️
