SPEED OPTION: Start as Daughter of Oshabi, take Oath of the Magi for 30% MS & 60% All Res (Shrine bonus for second ascendancy, probably), then spend an hour in Act 10 running Heist and farming Regrets/gold to spec into Whisperer once you kill Kitava.
