Ответить👍👍👍👌👌👌....!!
ОтветитьToday is not Friday and none of them is a Fluke.
ОтветитьNCV = non contact, Live = use positive lead. The NCV is read at the little triangle on the tip of the clamp. I like the BSIDE but the plastic looks cheap. I see they sell a blue version that looks a little better.
ОтветитьThank you.
ОтветитьGreat review as always Tony. Uini-T continues to impress.
Ответить

Always enjoy your reviews and tests, very well done. Thanks Tony!
Ответитьciekawe zestawienie :) Pozdrawiam
ОтветитьVery well done! thank you!
ОтветитьOut of the four meters I will only and truly trust the (red) UNI-T meter. The rest of them seem not very trusty ! And if you have the know-how you can modify the firmware to make the light timeout last longer and mod some other settings such as calibration, sound, and the count can be changed to 6000 count since the chip is more than capable to do it etc. I've molded mine last year and it works great. I love it. Very good meter choice for automotive applications.
ОтветитьI've got both the Uni-T UT210E (hacked to 6000 counts) and the Owon 2100B (Bluetooth version). Funny how my Owon defaults to DC amps in all ranges, and these all seem to default to AC, but the Volts defaults to DC, weird choice to make this different I think.
Also, the Owon may be 20.000 counts, but in current measurement mode (which is what people will buy this mostly for) is only 2000 counts. I think that's kind of misleading advertising, but the price (about 20 euros/dollars lower than the Uni-T) does make up for that. In my case, I like the Owon better because it is more accurate and stable compared to my Uni-T.
I have an earlier version of the Uni-T I think because my PCB doesn't have the massive row of little caps soldered on it. Maybe I should just get another one some day.
Thanks for the comparison! I've been using a 210E for a while and find it annoying to have to change the current range, select DC, zero etc when measuring the current of flashlights.
ОтветитьMy favorite clamp for small currents is UNI-T UT210E.
ОтветитьI love my UT210E. It's a fantastic little tool. The only annoying thing is that as you mentioned, it starts in AC. I do mostly DC work so it's a bit of a pain.
I have seen a hack that helps stabilise the current sensing and also changes the voltage and current defaults to DC but I dare not attempt the hack as I know that I'll brick it for sure 😂
Weer een goede review, bedankt Tony
Ответитьgreat comparison... I lost my UNI-T UT210E and just ordered an Owon CM2100 just so I can get to know that brand (because UNI-T is well known to me and with random great devices like the UT61E which I also happily own)... for future clamp reviews it would be great if you also put in camera a trusty dmm (fluke/keysight/gossen) also measuring the ac/dc current but in a wired way through it's own internal shunt to have as a reference more accurate measurement on screen
ОтветитьOwon are building some nice kit for the hobbyist. Others like Uni-T are hit and miss like with the UT210E and UT181A which are awesome meters for the price but they build some cheap junk that poisons the well for them.
ОтветитьHi, thank you for your detailed presentation. Looking the way you try to read the IC's stamped information, let me suggest the use of a lens polarizer on your microscope lens that will facilitate the reading and best PCB observations...my respects from PR.
ОтветитьThanks a lot for your comparison!
One question: How is the behaviour if the clamp meter will be moved (orientation,...). Is the offset jumping especially in the lowest current range? Is there a big differences between the 4 current clampmeters?
Background: The usage of clamp meters by hand and not still on the table, the orientation of the devices is not perfectly constant. If the offset is not stable it could be hard to measure low current.
Thanks a lot for your video...
Always a great source of information to watch...✌
Wow Tony, Such an in-depth and comprehensive video you have produce here. You lab just grows and grows and does your ability to produce interesting and high quality video's. Regards Ian
ОтветитьHello..
Can you compare winapex 268b vs ut210e
Thank...
Very helpful. Thank you
ОтветитьБлагодарю автора за раскрытие актуальной темы измерения малых токов dc токовыми клещами бюджетного сегмента. Результаты очевидны.
ОтветитьI suspect that owon is the OEM of unit
ОтветитьReally good review there Tony. Good to see all under test from the same source at the same time. Nice also to see dc clamp meters are getting more available at decent prices 👍
