Your friend from Georgetown. From 1989 to 1999 I was there to help set up for the show at the Frog Follies. I also had been to the E-ville Iron club meetings, I met Army Armstrong at one of the meetings In 1989 the registration was around 400, my last show they were around 5,000 registered. This is also where I bought my 1935 Ford Tudor slant back from a friend in Evansville. I had a friend from Hatfield and we would camp out on the fair grounds every year. Frog Follies was the car show that I liked best of the five large shows I went to every summer. By the way I still have the 35 Ford, it has not been out of the play room since 2005 when I had back surgery.
ОтветитьThat 32 was the car I was looking for when I bought the 35. I could not find one in 189-90 for that kind of money.
ОтветитьBelle vidéo 👌 😉. Super 👌 👍. Toujours incroyable ces voitures 🇺🇸 américaines. 😉👍🇺🇸🇫🇷
ОтветитьYou could take two sworn enemies to a car show, walk around and taking in the views a the funk of an ol' skool and they'd find something in common.
ОтветитьThis is more my type of show. I prefer to buy from individuals. The prices are much better and that 40 four door was something to look at. I bet it sells quick if it runs good to even ok.
ОтветитьThat's a 67 GTO not a 68 a 68 is completely different body style
ОтветитьYour videos are a lot better than they used to be keep up the good work
ОтветитьDang, some pretty cool cars for sale. That '40 Ford 4 door was cheap and a cool looking car.
ОтветитьSo many cool rides 😎
Ответитьjust one question on shorty dodge van , WHY !!😊
ОтветитьThanks ...good coverage , phone numbers ....neat cars..( 55 bird was terminal, also late twenties rusty one .) Some decent prices.
ОтветитьMan, for the want of money, a garage (and skillz I don't have 😂), SO much potential there!! ✌️😁
Ответитьyo HI Throttle Power from the D MI USA 😁 hey thanks for sharing your time and video of some Amazing Awesome Beautiful Ride's 🤩👍🔥💖😎
ОтветитьTo high priced for this economy😌
ОтветитьTo high priced for this economy😌
ОтветитьI’m not hoping to pay their mortgage.
Ответитьi remember you could buy these cars all day for less than 4000
Ответитьhi if someone doesn t buy that 74 duster with the engines is nuts that a good price for it.
ОтветитьI can tell you who would buy that 1956 Lincoln it would be Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top. That car would be right up his alley because it is the kind of custom cars he digs. He went to a car show one time in Louisville KY seen a rat rod truck driving to the show pulled the guy over and bought his truck right off the street.
ОтветитьThat 46 is what frightened me about class cars. That cancer rust. You sand that down and put new paint on it. It will come right back, it's too deep in the metal and to much rust and you will see bubbles popping up in the paint. I have see it on classics on car lots . A couple 1940s to 50s ford pickups with new paint doing that
ОтветитьI went to Frog Follies about a decade ago. A one of a kind event. Loved it. Definitely a midwest vibe to it.
ОтветитьBeen to a ship load of car shows myself all over our country roadsters nats street rod nats north south east west locals and churches and to me the VERY BEST TO ME WASH IS THESE FROG FOLLIES the cars the enviroment the people the locals to me UNBEATABLE
ОтветитьBrother i love the fact that you take the times to walk thru and show all these cars in these shows and swap meets its a joy to see cars of all kinds that WELL YOU JUST DON,T SEE SO MUCH ANYMORE GREAT GREAT VIDEO YOUNGMAN
ОтветитьYou know would it not be something to take that 5 window chevy backhalf and make a sweet wall hanger fish tank and hide the pumps and paint it ?
ОтветитьThe side windows in the 5 window back of the Chevy cab for wall art are worth at least 250 dollars
ОтветитьI heard him called the 3rd car, a 68 GTO ragtop. I replayed it 3 times and that's what I hear until he reads the forsake sign and calls it a 66.
Ответитьalways put them up on a rack and check frame and under neath for rusted worn frame and bracing
ОтветитьMan if I had the money that 1937 Nash Lafayette 400 would be real nce to have for a person with the last name of Nash
ОтветитьThat 48 Chevy is just Fine if I the $ It would be gone
ОтветитьThanks, good job!
