How to training a dog to bow - Without using lures

I challenge every professional dog trainer on @YouTube to play the Bolero (by Ravel) and teach your dog to bow, WITHOUT USING LURES. I know I'm swimming against a philosophy; however, I've demonstrated many times over that dogs do not need to be bribed into learning. They are very creative and always exhibit amazing behaviours.

I find using lures to be extremely outdated, and when I see people training dogs, or any other animal for that matter, with lures, I cringe. There's absolutely NO valid reason to use lures. If anything, it adds steps to training plans that you'll have to remove later on, so why add a step when you don't need it in the first place?!
