Do you think I can run GTA V with MAX setting @1920x1080 with 30 FPS? My Specs are:

MSI HD 6970 2 GB Lighting Edition.

MSI A88XM-Gaming Motherboard.

AMD X4 Athlon 860k Overclocked @ 4.5 Ghz W/ Hyper EVO 212 Cooler.

8 GB - G.skill 2133 RAM.

128 GB Crucial SSD.

I Don't care about 4k right now I am just wondering if this is enough to run it at standard HD. . .

What kind of fps would this PC get me on Minecraft max settings? Also, will this play gta well at max settings?

I got the athlon 860k with my r9 280 (better then 750 ti) and its not good enought for the game.. i get 30-40 fps with 100% cpu load

Can i run Gta V and Battlefield Hardline on Max settings, on my  "AMD Athlon X4 860k, Gtx 750 ti" ? :D

Hypixel is very fun, and Im on a 1200$ rig but im building a micro atx intel 750ti 350 watt pc build (with windows its around 600)
