They are 10k now... the Na verison atleast... the normal one( No pop ups) is around 1k or 2k

The NC is where it's at. They're impeccably reliable. Mine reached 97,000 miles yesterday, but it still runs like it were brand new. I checked out an ND out of curiosity and the ND is really quite disappointing. You don't get a glove box or any cup holders. You get a display unit and Bluetooth connectivity, but there's no shortage of aftermarket options to put stuff like that in an NC or earlier model still. Besides, I carry around a giant monitor anyway because my phone is a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3. Some variations of the NC, including mine, have an iPod connector. All in all, the NC is the perfect MX-5. They don't make 'em like they used to.

NB is way more manly than the NA. I have a 1.8 vvt.

The NC with PRHT is easily the best of the Miata’s. I have the NC2 PRHT with the same copper red and tan interior and get compliments on it all the time. Never got that in my old NB…though it was still a fun little car

Just came across this - a few years on 😊 just bought my 4th MX-5 as I have had all as in your video apart from Mark1. Owned 2 Mk3’s - fantastic cars & now have NF model. Loved the faces - I do look for ‘facial’ features too - hilarious 😆 great video

i’d love to see a track version of the MX5… about 225hp from a supercharger, wider PS 4s tyres, lower and stiffer springs, widened track, and a lightly stripped out interior. that would be an absolute weapon… but still an MX5.

I have fun in an MX5 down the B roads and I live in my Bongo full time. Mazda has made my life complete!

Common mistake: ABS does not shorten a car's brake distance. The fact that it takes the NA a lot longer to come to a stop is due to the fact that its brake disks are little tea saucers.. Its stock brakes, especially the one from the 1.6 kind of suck ;-)

Looks like a package of M&M's... Lol. You MUST have a shitty example of the NC, as you looked horrible going through the slalom. MOST NC's have NO PROBLEMS with their PS pumps, and would go through that slalom much better. Also, with a set of coilovers, this NC will dominate all of these versions. And as further proof that you have a lemon NC, your reported numbers of HP and 0-60 are horrible compared to MOST NC's. Lastly FUCK YOU for using a hardtop NC!!! Your pathetic bias against the NC is well represented here, so for all respectable NC owners around the world, " You can kiss our collective asses!!!!!!! You're an idiot.

The D is just butt ugly. Its not a look that has grown on me.

I just got a 94 NA and I love this thing….does it have some rust…yes does it have some small issues yes…..but is it fun as hell to drive…hell yes and all those little things can be fixed easy👍🏻 she does have a newer paint job new custom tan leather interior, working ac, and rebuilt transmission with a new clutch👍🏻👍🏻 it has no power steering and has all the spoilers to which I think it’s an Rspec pkg and 94 was the first year👍🏻 even has the Rspec aluminum wheels in gloss black!

Such a disappointing video, if only they’d actually done some proper research into the cars. At least get someone presenting that has some interest in them.
And yes, get the largest engine of each model, crikey. In my opinion this video has let the legend down!
