Easy to add a video but videos inserted into Wix are automatically muted by default. How do you have your auto-play videos unmuted so that the viewer doesn't have to unmute it themselves?

hi, i cant seem to change the format of my video. most of my videos are vertical but wix is horizontal so i have black borders on the side. Is there anyway to combat that?

Well now I discovered that Wix is junk for embedding videos, can only choose a few sites to embed from urghhh
