I wish the flooring was wide plank white oak. The floor plan is pretty good though. For this price point, I would expect integrated appliances. Those dishwashers are just ugly…. I would also expect inset cabinetry throughout. The porches would have looked much better with large slate tile.😊. Not a fan of the master suite…looks cheap (tapware selection, not wall mounted, flooring, tiles) Great tour once again, Thankyou!

The yard is beautiful! I love all the mature trees. The layout of the house is very nice too, especially with the stairs coming down into the living areas. I'm not a fan of staircases in the entryway

This house is not worth that kind of money. Outdated design, poor plumbing, developer's strict savings on tiles in bathrooms. Kitchen appliances are stainless steel, like in the cheapest houses. Since there is no furniture or other accessories, all the shortcomings are clearly visible.

Where are the light fixtures above the island from? Love them!

Very nice however none of the walk-in closets have racks for dresses or coats but only shirts/blouses, suits, skirts/shorts etc. I’d have to modify each one. Hmmm

The sink in the island is terrible . At this price point it should be much better

I hope there's a " water Supply " for that secondary Frig in the pantry . I'm addicted to Water/Ice from the exterior Frig door . No Pot Filler at that price point is odd . Very nice home . Exterior & interior .

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a more disappointing master bathroom. The sink area is just worse than the houses that I have had that are a fourth of this price so much wasted space in the closet that could’ve been used in the master bath itself.

Loved exterior, large front yard, Study area, hardwood floors, very spacious, nice chandeliers, Game Room, upstairs utility room, a plus; bonus room, nice bedrooms size, and screen-in patio.

I love that space near the range. Nobody who cooks wants cabinets above the range or on either side. Grease, sauce, and stickiness that gets all over them.

Edit: but like I always say, 4.5m they should not have stainless steel. They should be cabinet faced appliances. Stainless steal is terrible to maintain. 😑
