Staying at The SIGNATURE at MGM GRAND Las Vegas in 2024

I’ve stayed at MGM Signature twice recently. In November for the Formula 1 races, we had a room exactly the same as this one in Tower 2. In April, we were on a lower floor in Tower 2. I will say there wasn’t hardly any difference in the rooms, aside from the set up of the two kitchen areas. They both had full size frig, stoves, and dishwashers. I didn’t pay attention to WiFi so much in November, as I wasn’t working. When I went in April, I was able to work fine on my company laptop for 4 days straight with no signal issue. The last thing I wanted to mention, not sure if they left the laundry open to you knowing you were filming a tour. But I was told they only open the in-room laundry for 7+ night stays. Otherwise, you have to go down to their onsite laundry room. We were there for 6 days so that was a bit of a bummer.

So no free water and no furniture on the terrace balcony hmm 🤔

Also should have said, it’s smart to plan to run to the nearby Target upon arrival and stock your room frig for your whole stay. The Target prices are very reasonable and you can have food and drinks/beer on hand. The little convenience store in Signature’s walkway was insultingly expensive. I think I paid $6 for a bottle of Sprite.

The tour is most appreciated Jay, I at one time actually wanted to buy the condo configuration you were staying in. But in the end it didn't happen I had a very bad stay at the MGM grand in 2022 it was a long term stay for me and I've vowed to never go back they did something really nasty to me and if I ever meet you in person one day I'll tell you all about it.

Anyway nine dollars for a bottle of water is disgusting but.. they tried charging me ten dollars for a can of coke so that's MGM for you. In case you want to know that condo goes for about 375-550K and it has dues of $1700 a month. Go home Jay get a good long rest no need to keep running around my friend we all appreciate the work you are doing for us in saving us headaches of not having bad trips we'll catch you on the next video peace.😋😋😋😋😋

You're really suffering for your art dealing with those temps in Vegas this time of year. Looks like an interesting property. I like Vdara with a similar setup and easy access to Aria and Park MGM. I feel like every time I go to MGM Grand I just get lost.

Oops, blooper. The room was $158.05 but at the end you said $100.58. Thinking it's $158.05 as you said first when doing the room tour. Which is correct?

When we stay at Vdara which is the same concept (hotel/residential) you can have instacart delivery groceries to the property…. If you are staying for a few days it is worth it to have a case of water etc delivered and not have to go to the store.

I finally stayed at this place last October and I really enjoyed my time there. It's clean, nice, quite, cheap and no annoying guests. I'll stay again.

I've been there a few times and stayed in the one bedroom suite. The penthouse suite doesn't look any different than a standard one bedroom. The room I stayed in had a tv in the bedroom built into a cabinet that raised up and down.

Jay love your content but what's with your obsession with "low to the ground toilets?". Most people hate old low toilets. Just curious.

I stayed here back in 2018 and it was great! Good bang for your buck and loved having a full fridge! Gotta keep the roadies cold 🤣
