this is what sensory overload feels like

i was going to vlog my day and then this happened...

even though it wasn't the happiest of days, i'm hoping it sheds some light on the struggles of living in a city as a person on the autism spectrum. this is still relatively new for me, so i'd love to chat with y'all in the comments and get some tips maybe for coping better in a big loud city, since moving isn't an option right now. i love you & take care of yourself ❤️
